Director, Cost Segregation
Porto Leone Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced individual to lead its Cost Segregation Practice from our Greater Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of technical cost segregation experience, an engineering or architectural background, excellent client relationship interaction and response time, a thorough understanding of the bidding/fee estimation process, excellent communications skills, modelling and report writing review skills, and the ability to get out into the marketplace and sell our services and continue to grow our practice nationally.
- Management of current staff, hiring and training of new staff as practice grows
- Project management and review
- Ability to exceed client expectations by quick responsiveness to their needs and delivering projects on or before deadlines
- Provide a growth strategy business plan initially (at interview) and annually detailing revenues, expenses and profit.

Director, Real Estate Valuation
Porto Leone Consulting LLC is seeking a qualified Director to join our Real Estate Valuation practice in our Pennsylvania office. Our real estate valuation team performs valuations for a variety of purposes including mergers and acquisitions, management planning, financial reporting, and litigation support. This candidate must have a demonstrated ability to generate sales, lead and develop staff, and manage a variety of complex engagements. A bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, economics, or accounting plus eight to 10 years of experience working with an accounting or valuation firm is required. A master’s degree, MAI, and/or ASA designations a plus.
