Real Estate Director

Porto Leone Consulting LLC is seeking a qualified Director to join our Real Estate Valuation practice.

Our real estate valuation team performs valuations primarily for financial reporting purposes (ASC 805, purchase price allocation). Additional purposes for valuations include mergers and acquisitions, management planning, and litigation support. This candidate must have a demonstrated ability to manage a variety of complex engagements.

Experience in leading and developing staff and sales is a plus. A bachelor’s degree, an MAI designation, plus five to eight years of experience working with an accounting or valuation firm is required.

Ability to work remotely and build the practice nationally.

Machinery & Equipment Valuation Analyst

Porto Leone Consulting, LLC is a professional-services firm providing machinery & equipment/real estate valuation, and cost segregation services to our clients in all industries, including manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare and telecommunications. Our valuations are conducted for a variety of purposes including financial reporting, tax planning and reporting and business planning.

We are currently seeking an analyst for our Machinery and Equipment Practice in our Greater Philadelphia Office.

Ideal candidates will have general Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills and have a desire to utilize his/her technical skills to pursue a career in the professional services sector.

Full time position with a hybrid work schedule.


  • Valuation modeling; cost estimation; spreadsheet and report preparation
  • Work on individual or multiple valuation projects
  • Quality control, timing and accuracy of client deliverables
  • Develop and maintain positive, productive, and professional relationships with clients
  • Communicate and work effectively with all levels of management
  • Research market issues and identify market opportunities
  • On-site client meetings and interviews (travel required)
